Our small group personal training provides an intimate experience, with 2 to 5 clients in each class.
Sessions are offered at convenient times, 7 days a week and are designed to help you reach your goals by incorporating strength, cardio and mobility into one workout while you work closely with a trainer who will motivate you and ensure proper form. During each unique and different 55 minute session you will use various types of resistance and cardio equipment along with calorie blasting boxing intervals to push your limits.
Because you’ll get far more individual attention, along with nutritional coaching and body composition testing included if you are a monthly member, we can ensure you’re making healthy progress, and achieving the body you deserve.
