Cardio conditioning is one of the three key components of physical fitness, and at the Fit Yard we tackle it with a revolutionary approach: Ride & Stride. You’ll experience a one-of-a-kind indoor cycling hybrid workout that challenges your whole body, ignites your competitive nature and pushes your health and fitness to new levels.
With music coursing through your veins and an instructor motivating you, you’ll split your 55 minutes between 40 minutes on Keiser Indoor Bikes and 15 minutes on Keiser Indoor Striders, in a workout that you can only find at the Fit Yard. To make sure everyone’s getting the most out of their workouts, our bikes and striders use the latest bluetooth technology, and we project everyone’s outputs onto a screen.
Seeing your progress on the performance screen is an awesome way to push yourself, bring out your inner competitor and set goals. Although many gyms claim their cardio classes are “total body”, ours actually are. By incorporating striders into our workouts we ensure you’re using your upper and lower body, while having fun and torching calories; all while protecting your joints and helping you stay injury free!
