Fit Camp provides an intimate experience, with up to 10 people in each class.
Sessions are offered at convenient times and are designed to help you reach your goals by incorporating strength, cardio and mobility into one workout while you work closely with a trainer who will motivate you and ensure proper form. During each unique and different 55 minute session you will use various types of resistance and cardio equipment along with calorie blasting boxing intervals to push your limits.
